Designed a unified shoppable experience across four Nestlé brands, transforming recipe content into a personalized, one-click shopping journey. The platform allows consumers to discover, customize and purchase recipe ingredients directly through Walmart, Instacart and local retailers based on their location.

The experience connected recipe inspiration to purchase. Recipes on Nestlé brand sites became interactive, letting users add ingredients to their cart in one click. Integrations with Walmart, Instacart and local retailers enabled real-time availability and instant checkout, creating a seamless path from discovery to purchase.

Personalization & Intelligence

Each ingredient was dynamically mapped to retailer assortments, enabling localized product swaps and substitutions based on real-time inventory and user preferences. The system applied logic for default selections, automated list building and personalized recommendations, simplifying meal planning and improving relevance for every shopper.

Integration & Scalability

The experience was built to integrate seamlessly within existing Nestlé brand websites while supporting multiple retail partners. APIs connected recipe data to retail platforms, automating cart creation and ensuring consistency across brands. Designed for flexibility and growth, the framework scales easily to new retailers, regions and brand portfolios.

This project bridged inspiration and commerce, giving Nestlé a measurable way to convert recipe engagement into sales. It delivered personalization, predictive intelligence and retailer integration in one cohesive ecosystem positioning Nestlé as a leader in connected, data-driven food experiences.
